Klub Kadaddle helps you reach new customers. Klub Kadaddle distributes a quarterly mailing to 1,500+ child care centers, directed at the families they serve. And, you can sell your existing inventory.

Customers purchase books through www.klubkadaddle.com at their convenience. No forms to fill out and return, no ordering deadlines, no minimum purchase requirements, and books are shipped directly to the home. Plus, purchases help child care providers earn free books.

For only $29.95 per year, you can include an unlimited number of your titles on the Klub Kadaddle web site. An additional $29.95 per title ensures your titles will be displayed in the current child care mailing (subject to availability and inventory requirements). If you want a title featured in the Klub Kollection, our monthly titles feature, you pay only $19.95 per title, per feature (subject to availability and inventory requirements). You may also choose to feature titles in the child care mailing Klub Kollection for an additional $29.95 per title, per feature.

You decide what marketing tools are right for you. You pay nothing else unless you sell your books. And your commitment is non-exclusive, you can continue to sell your titles through all the other outlets you are currently utilizing.

We provide you with a powerful marketing tool, offer sales reporting, handle payments, and make shipping easy. When you sell books, Klub Kaddaddle will retain only 20% of the list price (set by you) for each book sold.

To get started, simply complete and return the submission form with a copy of the titles you would like us to consider.

Online Marketing Tools

Klub Kadaddle enables you to generate additional sales by utilizing our online marketing tools. Customers have the ability to page through your title before purchasing. We provide you with the flexibility to offer discounts or promotional offers on your titles. The “Klub Kollection”, “Best Sellers”, reviews and links to other products purchased all work to generate additional sales for you.

Targeted Child Care Center Mailing

The Child Care Center Mailing will be distributed to at least 1,500 child care providers four times annually. Each center will recieve sufficient copies to ensure that all families receive the mailing. If you want to include titles in the Child Care Mailing, you should select the Child Care Mailing option on your submission form. To ensure orders can be promptly filled, you must maintain 250 books in inventory for each title included in the mailing. Inventory requirements may be adjusted in the future based upon demand. Inclusion in the Child Care Mailing is subject to acceptance and availability (priority is given to early submissions and new submissions). You will only be charged if there is availability and your title has been accepted. You will be charged $29.95 per title per mailing.

You will be notified in advance regarding deadlines for Child Care Mailing submissions. If you do not provide updated title information or pricing, we will use the information previously provided. If you want to include additional titles after initial submission, simply edit your account information by selecting the Child Care Mailing option for the additional titles. If you no longer want to include a title or titles in the mailing, simply edit your account information by deselecting the Child Care Mailing option for the appropriate titles. You must deselect the Child Care Mailing option prior to the mailing submission deadline to avoid inclusion and related charges for the current Child are Mailing.

Child Care providers will receive points for each purchase by their customers which can be used toward the purchase of books at klubkadaddle.com.

Klub Kollection

Klubkadaddle.com will feature three titles each month in the Klub Kollection displayed on the home page. In addition, three titles will be featured in the Klub Kollection in the Child Care Mailing. To request that your title be featured in the online Klub Kollection, simply access your account information and select the online Klub Kollection option for the title. To ensure orders can be promptly filled, you must maintain 500 books in inventory for each title featured in the Klub Kollection. Inclusion in the Klub Kollection is subject to acceptance and availability (priority is given to early submissions and new submissions). You will only be charged if there is availability and your title has been accepted. You will be charged $19.95 per title featured in the online Klub Kollection and $29.95 for titles featured in the Child Care Mailing. Unless demand dictates, Klub Kadaddle will not feature the same title in the Klub Kollection in consecutive months or consecutive Child Care Mailings.

Reporting Tools

All klubkadaddle.com members have access to sales reporting through your account at the klubkadaddle.com web site. You can monitor your current and historical sales and payments at your convenience.

Orders, Shipment and Returns

When an order is placed at klubkadaddle.com you will receive an email confirmation. The confirmation will include a shipping label you can simply print and attach to your shipment. We require that shipments be picked up by the carrier or dropped off at the carrier not later than 3 days after receipt of the order confirmation. The customer will be billed directly for shipping per our Shipping Policy. We will remit the shipping charge paid by the customer to you..

Klub Kadaddle permits customers to return product, it is original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be provided with a return authorization through klubkadaddle.com and returned merchandise will be sent directly to the publisher.

Payment

At the end of each month, Klub Kadaddle will automatically pay you the list price of all copies sold during the previous month, less returns, outstanding fees and commission -- without invoicing. For example, if a book sells in April we will issue payment for it at the end of May. Payment can be made to you via check. You can access your sales and payment information by logging on to your account.

Submissions

To submit a title or titles to Klub Kadaddle simply complete the submission form online and send one copy of each title you would like to include. If your titles are accepted, we will contact you. Payment and electronic files will be required only upon title acceptance.
